One of the recent events that has left fans buzzing is Wrestle Kingdom 9. To say that New Japan Pro Wrestling put on a show would have been nothing short of an understatement. This is especially true for me, as someone who hasn't watched much of NJPW, as I came away from the show impressed with just about everything I watched. Of course, I had to wonder how this show could have been bettered if the services of Long Island advertising agencies were brought into effect.
Even though this event has been positive for numerous reasons, one of the most noteworthy was the work done with Global Force Wrestling. For those who do not know, it was because of GFW that Wrestle Kingdom 9 was able to air in North America. The event was made even more special with commentary done by not only Matt Striker but WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross. To say that this helped to make the show itself better would have been an understatement.
Of course, the action itself was tremendous from start to finish. It seemed like just about every match had a purpose and many of them had distinctive feels from one another. Everything from mixed martial arts to outright brawling was covered, which made for a well-rounded show. Styles were varied, which meant that the risk of fatigue was low. As a result, the five-hour show felt like it only went on for about two, which is a positive point to say the least.
Could Long Island advertising agencies have helped to draw further attention to Wrestle Kingdom 9? It's important to consider that these types of agencies would have to place more of an emphasis on social media, seeing as how platforms under this umbrella can help to transmit information at high volumes. Who's to say that it couldn't benefit Wrestle Kingdom 9 in the days leading up to that very event? Only reputable firms such as fishbat could fulfill such an endeavor, though.
Of course, expansive advertising or not, there's no denying the fact that Wrestle Kingdom 9 is an event that has been able to achieve tremendous degrees of respect. It's an event that has shown nothing but the best of what professional wrestling has to offer. Everything about the show, to my perspective, worked, ranging from the action itself to the strong commentary throughout. If more of these shows make their way stateside, I may have to pay closer attention.
